Promoter of the Company.
Has over three decades of experience in the infrastructure industry.
A commerce graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Dinesh Kumar Saini
(Independent Director)
He is B. Tech (CivilEngineering), 1981 and M. Tech (Building Science and Technology), 1983 from IIT Roorkee.
He had joined as IRSE Officer in Railways in June 1984 and worked in Construction & Maintenance including at RDSO.
He had worked in Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation (MRVC) as Chief Engineer, Chief Project Manager and also Executive Director.
He had joined Delhi Metro Railway Corporation (DMRC), New Delhi in October 2012 as Director (Projects & Planning) and became one of the most important key person in Construction and commissioning of MRTS Phase III.
He was instrumental in the planning of Delhi MRTS Phase IV.
He superannuated from DMRC in May 2023.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jain

He holds B. Tech (Civil Engineering) from IIT, Delhi ( 1985).
He has over four decades of experience in National Highway Projects execution, Planning, tolling operations, policy formulation and Management.
He has successfully executed large scale infrastructure projects spanning 20000+ km of highways, expressways, major bridges, tunnels etc.
He has held key leadership roles including as Chief General Manager, NHAI, Director, IHMCL and Managing Director of multiple NHAI subsidiaries.
Mr. Ram Dayal Modi

Has over four decades of rich experience in Banking and Financial Services with SBI Group.
He is gold medalist in MA (Political Science), University of Udaipur, Rajasthan and holds certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (Part I)
