MBL is foraying into the rail sector. Metro Railways are being constructed in major cities all over country. Dedicated Freight Corridor project on Indian Railways is back on tracks. MBL is entering these segments either on its own strength or by forming JV with some of the domestic or foreign construction companies of repute. MBL has been awarded the work for Design and Construction of 80 Units Multi Storey (B+S+10) Type-V Flats for Railway Officers and allied works near Safdarjung Railway Station in Chankyapuri  Area,  New Delhi by RVNL.
