AAP Infrastructure Limited is a 100 % subsidiary company formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle to undertake the build-operate-transfer (BOT) project with the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. on the Seoni-Balaghat-Gondia road in India’s heartland
The subsidiary is responsible for toll collection for a total concession period of 15 years from project commencement
The SPV has been formed as per the requirements of the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. to maintain independent financial and toll records of the BOT project as distinct from the parent company.
MBL Highway Development Company Limited has been formed for execution of the BOT Project for Developing the Seoni-Katangi - Maharashtra Border Section in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited has been formed for execution of the BOT Project for Developing the Waraseoni-Lalbarra Road of Madhya Pradesh.
